Kyle's Chocolate Protein Pancakes!


Because they are sooooo good i got the recipe off Kyle :) This makes a good 2-3 pancakes for 2 people...

Kyle's Chocolate Protein Pancakes 

1 cup oat meal or (as Kyle does) grounded quick oats in a coffee grinder
1-2 tsp sweetener (optional) 
60g (2 scoops) chocolate protein powder
4 egg whites
1/2 cup milk

Natural yoghurt and fruit (berries or banana are delicious with these!) 

Put ingredients into a bowl and mix! Heat oil in a pan and cook pancakes 2 minutes each side or until browned. Serve with yoghurt and berries, banana and any fruit you like :) we added cinnamon to ours too - Yum!

Chocolate protein pancakes with natural vanilla yoghurt, banana and cinnamon - enjoy!
